A college admissions board (Sandra Oh, Cecily Strong, Kenan Thompson, Heidi Gardner, Chris Redd) decides which candidates to admit.

Beth Manners holds a certificate in College Admissions Counseling from UCLA and is graduate of Tufts University, for which she has been an applicant interviewer for 15 years. She also has an MBA.

Tim Manners, also a Tufts University graduate, brings more than 30 years of experience in writing and editing tracts, treatises and tomes to his role as Essay Specialist with The Manners Group.
